Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ServiceNow implementations and the ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions to drive process optimization and business value.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ServiceNow enhancements and initiatives.
* Review and qualify ITSM and CSM backlogs, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
* Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and design solutions aligned with best practices.
* Lead workshops and meetings to facilitate requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder alignment.
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to implement and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
* Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure quality and reliability.
* Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, providing guidance and recommendations to stakeholders and product teams.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and solution designs.
* Support change management activities and user training to ensure successful adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the ServiceNow platform.
* Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations, particularly with ITSM and/or CSM modules.
* Relevant ServiceNow certifications or willingness to obtain them.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and UX design concepts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience leading workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive consensus and decision-making.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and focus on delivering innovative, practical solutions.
* Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks is a strong asset.
* Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is an advantage.
