We are looking for an IT Administrator | Networking.

Responsibilities
- Gather technical requirements for system enhancements.
- Participate in the change request process for any system updates (technical and functional).
- Participate in the technical testing effort ensuring a smooth delivery in production.
- Participate in launching and following up on initiatives as assigned.
- Assist in meeting project deadlines and schedules.
- Identify product gaps or weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement as needed.
- Communicate and apply project standards.
- Prioritize from assigned projects and independently own tasks.
- Coordinate with various project stakeholders and provide timely updates on status.
- Perform level 3 support and analysis of reported issues, evaluate alternative business solutions, and implement workarounds to minimize impact, with proper resolution and follow up with the vendor or service provider.
- Ensure smooth follow up of all technical processes (online, STP, flows and batches) with known issues well documented for first-line support.
Requirements
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Creative and logical thinking to analyze changes or problems and define potential solutions, documents, and diagrams for presentation and discussion.
- Experience managing services on Linux or Windows Servers (start/stop/deploy/debug).
- Ability to develop small programs using scripting languages (Shell, Perl, Python, or Ruby).
- Knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, GIT/Bitbucket is a plus.
- Understanding of application servers such as WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss is a plus.
- Participate in planning, implementation, and sizing of IT infrastructure.
- Experience with job schedulers (e.g., CA Workload Automation, Control-M) is a plus.
- Technical knowledge of protocols TCP/IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP/S.
- Understanding of system architectures such as SSO, firewalls, load balancers, storage systems, and network basics.
- Results-driven with the ability to deliver.
- Adaptability to different contexts, teams, and clients.
- Teamwork skills with a degree of autonomy.
- Motivation for international projects; willingness to travel if required.
- Willingness to collaborate with other players.
- Good level of English.
