Through long‐standing supplier partnerships and the strength of our Chinese sourcing team, we consistently deliver tailored, high‐quality raw materials to meet customer needs.Job SummaryAs Global Sales Manager Brush Industry, you will join a highly experienced team and own our global commercial strategy, with full responsibility for driving revenue growth across international markets. You will expand distribution networks and build strategic partnerships across key regions, leading global market development at scale. In this role, you will deliver tailored solutions to industrial and OEM customers and play a pivotal role in accelerating growth in a specialized, resilient industry.General ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute growth strategies to expand business across key global marketsDrive new business and revenue growth, building and maintaining a strong, qualified pipelineOwn and deliver sales targets for your assigned segment, ensuring healthy margins and disciplined executionActively generate new leads through targeted outreach and strategic cold callingBuild and nurture long‐term relationships with customers and strategic partnersLead commercial negotiations and close high‐value deals with customersMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunitiesRepresent DKSH at industry events and trade showsBuild and strengthen the digital sales foundation together with the global PM Digital team, including digital marketing automation, having a digital footprint on industry‐specialized marketplaces and DKSH DiscoverFunctional Skills And KnowledgeDegree/Master's in Chemistry or similar related disciplineMinimum 8 years of proven technical & B2 B sales management experience in bristles, brush manufacturing, paints/coating or related industriesDeep knowledge of industry and trends for the Brush industry preferredStrong negotiation and communication abilitiesHighly motivated and target driven with good time‐management skillsFluent in English and other European language(s) as an advantageProficient in CRM software and sales analytics toolsGood knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word and Power Point)What We OfferCompetitive compensation package and performance‐based bonusCar AllowanceHealth Insurance after Probation PeriodFlexible working hoursHybrid work modelMeal allowance (card)Internal trainings
