* Overseeing and assisting kitchen staff in all aspects of food production.
* Evaluating food products to ensure consistent quality standards.
* Establishing and maintaining a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment.
* Providing training and professional development opportunities for all kitchen staff.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in culinary or kitchen roles, excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, and be highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
