This role involves delivering business systems solutions through end-to-end project execution, workshops, requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, data migration, cutover activities, admin tasks, preparing technical documents, testing and training sessions, tracking progress, and collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
* Configuration Expertise
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
* Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions like template forms, business rules, workflows, dynamic roles, and RBP.
* Feature Rollout Lead
* Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities and share them with stakeholders.
* Global Strategic Advisor
* Serve as the global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, offering expert-level guidance.
* HR Transformation Leader
* Lead the development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes across global operations.
* Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via the ticketing system.
