AI Sales Development Role

Haut.AI is a pioneering BeautyTech startup at the forefront of personalized skincare solutions combining scientific research with artificial intelligence to deliver effective solutions.

We seek a highly motivated sales professional to drive revenue growth by leading B2B sales cycles in the beauty sector, build strategic partnerships with European cosmetics brands and retailers, and provide market insights to support HautAI's expansion.

We are looking for a talented sales expert to join our team and play a key role in driving business success. If you have experience in sales and a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

* Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in beauty
* Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our AI skin analysis technology
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and data-driven strategies


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
* Provide market insights and feedback to inform product development and business strategy


Requirements:

* 3+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement (tech, SaaS, or beauty industry preferred)
* Proven track record of closing deals in the $50K-$500K range
* Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches


Desirable Qualifications:

* Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and ability to communicate technical benefits
* Existing network within UK/EU beauty industries is an advantage
* Fluency in English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
