* Lead the design, implementation, and testing of DOCSIS 3.1-based HFC networks, ensuring alignment with NBN standards and requirements.
* Apply deep understanding of DOCSIS protocols, particularly DOCSIS 3.1, to troubleshoot, validate, and optimize network performance.
* Utilize experience or familiarity with Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) to support evolving HFC deployments and migration strategies.
* Perform integration and end-to-end testing of HFC components including RF, optical, and IP layers, ensuring network interoperability and performance.
* Demonstrate good understanding and practical use of HFC Network Management Systems, especially NXT and BCC platforms.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve design, performance, and interoperability issues across HFC layers and platforms.
* Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and guides and MOPS to document design validation, functional testing, and defect resolution.
* Work closely with architecture, engineering, and operations teams to align on network specifications, test strategies, and deployment goals.
Your Profile
* Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in HFC systems design, validation, and deployment in large-scale telecom environments.
* Expertise in DOCSIS protocols, particularly DOCSIS 3.1.
* Strong knowledge of Distributed Access Architecture (DAA) and CommScope E6000 CMTS platforms.
* Experience in developing detailed test plans, procedures, and guides for network design validation and functional testing.
* Proven ability to lead technical implementations and collaborate cross-functionally with architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
