Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEYou will work as a Tableau/Power BI Developer within the OMA Lab team, delivering end-to-end analytical solutions and partnering closely with the client's Product Owner and Technical Lead.
Your focus is transforming business questions into clear, actionable dashboards and data models.Key Responsibilities- Build and iterate Tableau/Power BI dashboards.
- Define KPIs, calculations and contribute to the semantic layer.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and Snowflake data extracts.
- Support Snowflake data modeling (tables/views).
- Guide power users in self-service analytics.
- Maintain data quality dashboards and pipelines.Immediate AssignmentPower BI dashboard C**** – Site Oversight, first version due end of December, enhancements through January–February.YOUR PROFILEA hands-on BI developer with strong analytical thinking, able to decompose problems and deliver practical solutions while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.Technical Skills- Advanced Tableau or Power BI (one required).
- Strong SQL and Snowflake (procedures, functions, views).
- Good understanding of data modeling.
- Ability to quickly learn new BI tools.Soft Skills- Problem-solving and structured thinking.
- Ownership and proactive mindset.
- Good communication and stakeholder management.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new domains.Nice to Have- Pharma/clinical trials knowledge.
- Experience with data quality frameworks.
