Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to manage a group of customers and handle sales orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for booking sales orders within the system, following up on 'work in progress' orders, deliveries, and clarifying discrepancies with business units and customers. This role also involves managing questions from customers and business units regarding sales orders.
* Mandatory: Proficiency in French - minimum C2 level (able to communicate freely with customers and sales managers);
* Basic knowledge of English is required to communicate with Siemens delivery centers;
* SAP knowledge will be a plus; you should enjoy working with several IT tools;
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is essential;
* You possess strong communication skills (both orally and writing), service attitude, customer orientation and problem-solving mindset; your accuracy and ability to multitask will help make you a success.
