Software Developer Position

* Developing solution features following development best practices, ensuring performance and user adoption;
* Building analytics capabilities according to defined architecture guidelines;
* Delivering assigned tasks with quality and within defined timelines;
* Performing unit and integration testing, including bug fixing as needed;
* Actively contributing to the team's continuous improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields;
* 4–6 years of experience as a full stack developer, with strong hands-on experience in traditional technologies: backend (C#.NET, Java is a plus) and frontend (React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS) – both mandatory;
* Practical experience or interest in Outsystems platform development (low code) – highly valued;
* Solid experience designing, developing, and implementing REST/GraphQL APIs;
* Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL;
* Strong background in application development, process design, and project delivery;
* Experience with AI-assisted development (e.g., code/test generation) - mandatory/related skills;
* Familiarity with prompt engineering and/or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for maximizing value from LLMs – mandatory/related skills;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality;
* Proficiency in English (at least B2).
To stand out, you can have hands-on knowledge of AI model fine-tuning or training, experience with cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and related technologies, experience/knowledge with Outsystems, or a strategic mindset with an innovation-driven approach.
