Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a high-performing team within the IT and Azure Business Unit.
* Oversee sales and technical delivery of informatic equipment, networking, and cloud solutions.
* Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Provide strategic input into business development, identifying market trends and opportunities.
* Manage resources effectively, including time, personnel, and technology.
* Represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events, both locally and internationally.
Key Requirements:
Technical & Commercial Expertise
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Management).
* Strong experience in technology sales and solutions, particularly in informatic equipment, networking, or cloud solutions.
* Deep understanding of network architecture, data centre services, and cloud technologies.
* Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate deals, and develop business strategies.
Leadership & Communication Skills
* Track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Portuguese.
* Willingness to travel internationally, if required for projects.
