We are looking for qualified and motivated professionals to join our Maintenance Team, ensuring that all operational processes run without interruptions and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all facility equipment and systems, including machinery, electrical, hydraulic, and ventilation systems.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical failures efficiently, minimizing operational downtime.
3. Ensure all equipment complies with safety and quality regulations.
4. Monitor and ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance plans according to established schedules.
5. Conduct regular inspections to monitor the condition of facilities and equipment.
6. Work closely with the operational team to identify maintenance needs and make necessary adjustments to machines and systems.
7. Perform maintenance on air conditioning and ventilation systems, ensuring an environment suitable for plants and workers.
8. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, failure reports, and solutions implemented.
9. Ensure that maintenance procedures follow the company's safety, environmental, and quality standards.
10. Collaborate with other departments such as safety, production, and logistics to ensure facilities are operational and safe.
11. Manage and maintain inventories of spare parts and maintenance equipment.
12. Propose improvements to maintenance processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Technical training in areas such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
2. Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the cultivation or product processing sector.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
4. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly.
5. Good organizational skills and record-keeping of maintenance activities.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
9. Fluent in English and Portuguese.
