How your future looks like with us
* Act as the go-to expert for specific topics/area within General Ledger & Fixed Assets, supporting global finance environment.
* Lead and drive ERP migration and other project initiatives from a finance perspective, including process design, harmonization, testing, and deployment (ideally S/4HANA).
* Define and document finance-related processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
* Develop and maintain up-to-date guidelines and procedures across the finance function.
* Serve as a key interface between Finance, IT, and external implementation partners, ensuring effective translation of business requirements into system solutions.
* Perform Business Analysis tasks as required, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team and projects.
* Identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation.
What you bring with you for a future with us
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or similar area;
* 5+yearsof experience in similar roles;
* Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4Hana migration projects with responsibility beyond a purely supporting role (mandatory);
* Strong knowledge of accounting processes and how to improve them as well as designing and documenting;
* Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into system and process solutions;
* Proficiencyin SAP Finance module and ability to use it across business processes;
* Skilledin facilitating stakeholder alignment, defining goal-oriented action plans, and effectively resolving conflicts to ensure smooth collaboration and decision-making.
* Fluent command of the English language is required.
