Job Description
This is a critical position within our Information Systems Department, responsible for overseeing the support of VEOS Motor Fleet application.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Application Support team in delivering high-quality user experience and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Management: Prioritize and resolve incidents, service requests, and support queries within expected timelines and quality standards.
* Team & Process Coordination: Organize collaboration methods among the support team members and support skill development.
* Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Contribute to evolving tools and the support model to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* User Support & Functional Assistance: Provide assistance to users in their daily application usage and address functional needs.
* Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to escalate complex incidents and monitor resolution progress.
