?? The roleWe're looking for amotion-ready Senior 2D Graphic Designerto strengthen the graphic design backbone of our motion graphics and interactivity team.
This is agraphic-design-first role, ideal for someone who excels in visual storytelling, composition, character design, and translating scripts into strong visual proposals built with animation in mind.
You'll help define theartistic directionof projects by creating style frames, storyboards, characters, visual systems, and scene compositions that become the foundation of our animation pipeline.
A solid understanding ofanimation principles and asset behaviouris essential to ensure smooth transitions into production.
You'll also collaborate closely with the creative team,mentor junior designers, and support projects from concept through final delivery.

Developart proposalsthat define mood, pacing, hierarchy, and narrative flow
Design assets built specifically formotion, transitions, reveals, and interactivity
Visualisecomplex scientific ideas, diagrams, and structuresin a clear, engaging way
Review and guide junior designers' work with constructive, actionable feedback
Prepareclean, well-structured filesfor seamless animation handoff
ApplyUX/UI fundamentalsto interactive and branching video experiences
Collaborate closely with writers, motion designers, and art directors to maintain consistency across projects
? What we're looking forMust-have
5+ years of professional experience ingraphic design for motion or visual storytelling
Advanced skills inAdobe Creative Suite
Strong fundamentals incomposition, hierarchy, clarity, and concept development
Proven experience creatingstoryboards, style frames, scenes, and character designs
Solid understanding ofanimation principles(timing, anticipation, easing, staging)
Experience preparing files formotion production handoff
Ability to mentor junior designers and elevate team output
Fluent in Englishwith excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in aWindows-based workflow
Nice to have
Basic or intermediaterigging knowledge
Experience withdata visualisationor simplifying complex diagrams
Interactive or multimedia project experience
Background inhealthcare, pharma, or scientific communication
