Main Responsibilities
* Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of IT services to ensure they meet established service levels and quality standards.
* Partnership Building: Build and maintain strong partnerships with providers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective collaboration and alignment.
* Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive documentation of service and operations processes, including configurations and procedures.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of the service and its operations.
Requirements
* Fluent English: Fluent English with advanced writing skills.
* Work Experience: 3 years working experience with digital solutions.
* Tools and Software: Incident and change management tools (e.g. Servicenow and Jira).
* Service Management: Experience on service management delivery.
* Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel & Office.
* Risk Assessment: Ensuring accurately risk assessment.
* Change Authorization: Development of changes authorization framework and change schedule management.
* Team Player: Team player, willing to learn and adopt new skills.
