Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate occupational health processes
* Manage invoice approval workflow related to HR services
* Maintain up-to-date employee training records in internal systems
* Oversee independence processes specific to HR functions
* Provide executive support to the Talent Director, including calendar management and call handling
* Perform general administrative tasks associated with the HR department
Requirements:
* A relevant academic background (Human Resources, Management, etc.)
* Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in administrative roles, preferably within HR
* Fluency in English (mandatory)
* Proficiency in MS Office tools
