Role Overview:
* Serve as the senior project lead for complex customer implementation projects.
The role is focused on driving the success of large-scale projects in the DACH region, requiring strong leadership skills and advanced project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage individual project profitability and oversee the delivery of implementation projects for customers, primarily in the DACH region.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for customers engaging with Professional Services.
3. Risk management and problem-solving: Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in project execution.
4. Strategic oversight: Provide guidance to ensure projects align with client objectives and internal goals.
5. Lead commercial discussions with customers to expand existing services engagements.
6. Mentor and support junior team members.
7. Contribute to the evolution of our project delivery methodology.
8. Collaborate closely with teams across Zendesk.
