Role Overview The Risk Manager, under the supervision of the Director, Supply Chain, will lead and enhance supplier risk management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance supplier risk management processes, focusing on the Supplier Pressure Test and Resilinc platform integration. Analyze and interpret supplier risk data, leveraging PowerBI, Snowflake, and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights. Develop and refine reporting and dashboards that link Pressure Test outputs with Resilinc and COFACE insights. Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and global commodity teams to guide mitigation strategies and raise risks. Drive follow‐up actions with plants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely risk mitigation execution. Support the development of a more proactive and predictive risk management approach across the organization. Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on risk tools, data interpretation, and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Management. Minimum five years of purchasing or program management experience in an automotive production or GSM environment, with exposure to supplier risk management. Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) – a plus. Experience & Skills Experience working as a member of a team program management. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools such as PowerBI and Snowflake. Ability to translate data into clear business insights and actionable recommendations. Strong interpersonal skills; interacts with all levels of BorgWarner/Supplier Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, eRFQ, web‐based intranet systems, and MRP systems knowledge – a plus. Self‐motivated and directed, capable of determining most of own work assignments with minimal management input. Experience with risk platforms such as Resilinc and financial risk tools such as COFACE – a plus.
