Job Description
* Support activities across HR & Talent Management, People Operations, Communications, and Employer Branding, ensuring a seamless experience for all GRiT Universe
* Assist with HR contracts, recruitment processes, and related administrative tasks
* Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and overall experience
* Provide support in communications, events, and initiatives
* Assist with the management of employee benefits
* Support training programs and professional certifications
* Provide support to the recruitment team as needed

* Strong organizational and time management skills

Would Be Great If You Have
* Bachelor's in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
* Previous experience in HR, People Operations, or administrative support is a plus
* Hands-on with practical visual content tools
