Create procurement processes and policies common to the Synere Group.Monitor and report performance KPIs (costs, deadlines, service levels, and efficiency).
Promote continuous improvement and digitalization of the supply chain, in conjunction with IT and Processes.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a similar field.10 years of experience in management or senior management positions in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in an industrial environment within the metal-mechanical sector.Proven experience in technical and strategic negotiation with suppliers of industrial materials, components, and services.Implementation of corporate procurement and logistics strategies focused on cost reduction and operational efficiency.Development and approval of technical suppliers, including subcontracting for cutting & bending, machining, painting, assembly, and electrical/mechanical components.Management of cross-functional and multi-center teams with strong interface with production, engineering, and quality.Proven results in cost savings, lead time, supply reliability, and optimization of logistics flows.Experience working in metal-mechanical, automation, or technical components industrial companies.Participation in operational transformation and supply chain digitalization projects.Implementation of Lean/Kaizen Logistics models and S&OP/MRP II planning.International experience in technical procurement and global supplier management (Europe, Asia).
