Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vila Real for Consultores / Experts.
Key responsibilities include advising on investment projects, preparing applications for community funding, conducting strategic diagnostics, and developing integrated plans to enhance business growth.
The role also involves evaluating business performance using benchmarking methodologies, collaborating with local and international partners on community development programs, and supporting entrepreneurial initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work with cross-sector businesses in a dynamic environment, driving operational excellence and socio-economic impact.
Qualifications
Expertise in investment projects, business diagnostics, and strategic development
Experience in community funding applications and benchmarking methodologies
Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
A deep understanding of socio-economic development and entrepreneurship
Fluency in Portuguese;
proficiency in English is an advantage
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
Willingness to work on-site and engage deeply with the regional business community
