Senior Manager Finance Transformation
to join the structure of a leading private equity multinational company. This is a full-time job with a hybrid regime, based in Lisbon.
Reporting directly to the Director – Finance Transformation, this professional will be responsible for leading digital transformation, process optimization and automation projects, while also ensuring support for ongoing financial operations.
This is a strategic and high-impact role, with strong international exposure and a focus on building a robust and scalable infrastructure for the Lisbon office.
Responsabilities:
* Lead financial transformation projects, from strategy definition through to implementation and post-launch support.
* Ensure project alignment with the overall objectives of the finance function and the organisation.
* Identify risks, improvement opportunities and innovative solutions, fostering continuous improvement.
* Conduct workshops and interviews with finance teams, documenting processes and requirements.
* Define and monitor KPIs that assess the impact and value of implemented initiatives.
* Ensure the effective integration of new processes and systems into day-to-day operations.
* Develop and consolidate best practices through an internal knowledge centre.
* Support resource planning and allocation, ensuring project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
* Lead and develop teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Profile:
* Strong academic background, preferably in Finance, Management or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial transformation or change management within complex organisations.
* Accounting qualification is valued (ideally with a Big 4 background).
* Knowledge of change management methodologies and agile approaches (Agile).
* Experience in financial services is preferred; experience in Private Equity is an advantage but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with key financial systems (General Ledger, Consolidation, Financial Reporting, AP, etc.).
* Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
* Availability for regular travel to London, Luxembourg and other European offices.
