🎨 We are recruiting: Painting Manager
📍 Location: Vagos, Portugal
Sector: Metal treatment and coating
The Challenge?
To lead a team of 50 professionals, guaranteeing standards of excellence in painting aluminum and carbon frames (with water-based liquid paint, solvent-based paint and powder coating). In addition, this professional will be a key player in the start-up of national and international projects;
Main responsibilities:
Managing the entire operation
Planning production in coordination with internal teams;
Training, supervising and motivating the team;
Ensuring compliance with environmental, quality and safety standards;
Supporting the creation of a new international company
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in industrial painting;
Ability to lead in a production environment;
Organization, planning and focus on continuous improvement;
Fluent English (required); Portuguese and French are valued;
Availability for short-term international travel.
