As a Freelance Project Acquisition & Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and winning custom project opportunities for INNOBA's architectural aluminum and metal products (e.g.: planters, furniture, green infrastructure, ...) through your expertise and established network within your region.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively scout and approach architects, contractors and real estate developers to identify projects that align with INNOBA's production possibilities.
Leverage your market knowledge and network to secure opportunities to submit proposals and quotes for custom-made products.
Serve as a key liaison between clients, architects, general contractors, and the INNOBA design & production team from first contact to project handover.
Collaborate with clients and our team to develop design briefs based on project needs, ensuring technical and aesthetic requirements are met.
Guide the customer through the process of selecting the appropriate product and material, striving for optimal project and client satisfaction.
Track, follow up and nurture leads through the entire acquisition and sales process.
Provide market feedback and insights to the INNOBA team to support continuous improvement and product development.
Work independently on a freelance basis, using a commission model.
Ideal Profile:
Demonstrable freelance experience in the architectural, design, or construction sector, with an active and relevant network.
Proven track record in B2B project-based sales, business development, or project acquisition in the building materials or furniture industry.
Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
Affinity with materials and design; ability to translate client needs into feasible product solutions.
Proactive, self-starting, and result-driven work style.
Comfortable collaborating on bespoke solutions and involved in the co-design and production process.
