As an IT Business Analyst, you will be part of the global team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI support.
In your new role, you will:
1. Interact & discuss with our Business Users regarding requirements and solution design in Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI.
2. Run & execute operational activities such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and SLA management for Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and Power Platform.
3. Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and prioritize deliverables and product functionalities.
4. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to proposed solutions.
5. Partner with internal & external teams to develop functional specifications for business requirements.
6. Support & execute writing user stories, design, development, and test management for operational and project activities.
7. Manage projects for proof of concepts and prototype development/configurations with internal and external experts within Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI.
8. Ensure overall operation of Microsoft Dynamics & Power BI in cooperation with internal and external suppliers.
9. Present and discuss results at various management levels within IT and with internal customers.
10. Identify, analyze, and execute improvement initiatives.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. A degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.
2. At least 3 years of experience related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Power BI.
3. Strong understanding of out-of-the-box Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and their configurations.
4. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI.
5. Experience designing configurations and customizations on Dynamics 365 CRM, understanding when OOB features suffice or when customization is needed.
6. Experience in business and IT management for ongoing feature development and maintenance.
7. Experience communicating and coordinating with internal business customers and IT analysts to determine software requirements and system impacts.
8. Experience in DevOps processes and approaches.
9. Agile methodology experience such as epics, user stories, features, MVP.
10. Understanding of Azure DevOps for requirement engineering, test management, and deployment.
11. Ability to support business stakeholders in UAT testing activities.
12. Fluency in English; basic German skills are a plus.
