For our NBS Lisbon we are currently looking for a trainee in one of our main areas: Human Resources. This is an amazing opportunity to have a hands-on experience and to quick start your professional career in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
This internship has been created with a mindset to fulfill Nestlé Business Service's needs. It will allow you, as a trainee, to have a full comprehension of the business. Through this engagement process, you will have a theoretical and a practical knowledge inside NBS Lisbon
This is a 6 month experience with a lot of engagement and dedication from our teams, mentors, and coaches inside the center with you.
A day in the life of...
Human Resources Trainee
As a support for the Generalist department
Help with document maintenance, by ensuring the contracts, addendums and other sorts of paperwork are correct and properly managed to follow the guidelines;
Learn how to deal with the time management tool – Kronos –, making sure the changes necessary are done and that are the procedures are compliant;
Management of full remote employees by checking the lists, performing analysis when necessary and ensure all the information needed;
Communication with different stakeholders, such as employees and line managers to give them visibility of the procedures and support them in a day-to-day basis
Make part of the KPI's Analysis and process improvement;
As a support for the Communication department
Support the team with specific communications, such as the company's birthday, New Joiners, etc. and also manage the team's mailbox;
Management of Distribution Lists;
Help with the making of internal meetings, by ensuring the correct booking, alignment of different Stakeholders, etc.;
Management of the posts on our internal social media platforms of our company and content creation
What Will Make You Successful
Being a recent graduate student with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Management, Human Resources Management, International Relations, Communication, etc.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
Eligible for an IEFP internship;
Available to start on April 2026;
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
Willing to join a multicultural environment;
Detail-oriented, creative and good communication skills
