Coordinate, plan, and execute people development strategies and programs that promote professional growth, continuous improvement of organizational competencies, and the strengthening of internal culture. Acts as a facilitator between employees, leadership, and business areas, ensuring that human development directly contributes to the organization's strategic objectives.
Description
Coordinate the Annual Training Plan, from needs assessment to impact evaluation.
Develop and implement leadership programs and development pathways.
Manage performance evaluation cycles and support leaders in team follow-up.
Promote organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
Monitor and report learning, performance, and talent KPIs.
Support the design of career and succession plans, as well as competency mapping.
Promote initiatives related to tech culture, engagement, onboarding, and employee experience.
Support talent review processes, succession planning, and identification of high-potential talent.
Measure and report KPIs (training NPS, skills evolution, program ROI, among others).
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or similar areas.
4 to 6 years of experience in Development, Training, or Talent Management roles.
Experience with learning methodologies and digital platforms (LMS) is valued.
Experience and interest in coordinating and implementing HR development areas, with particular focus on performance evaluation, careers, training, organizational climate, and employee experience.
Experience in team coordination and HR operations is valued.
Experience in recruitment and selection of middle-management profiles.
Experience in human resources management within the information technology sector.
Experience in occupational risk prevention is valued.
Experience in reporting and HR Analytics.
Strong results orientation, organization, and analytical thinking.
Strong communication skills, analytical capability, and collaborative approach.
Fluency in English and/or Spanish.
