Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
* Plan and execute projects, defining timelines, resources, and activities using Agile or Waterfall methodologies;
* Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment;
* Monitor project performance, manage risks, and propose corrective actions when needed;
* Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and delivery records;
* Support change management activities, assessing impacts and implementing adjustments to scope and timelines;
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project deliveries.
Requirements
* Degree in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field;
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management;
* Knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum methodologies;
* Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar;
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills;
* Intermediate to advanced level of English (written and spoken).
