The RoleThis is Noxus' first Senior Brand Designer.You will own the visual surface of Noxus end to end.
Brand direction, motion, video, product marketing content, and sales enablement.
You'll partner with the founders, GTM, Sales, and Product — but the brand layer is yours.This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone with strong opinions about typography, restraint, and craft, and the seniority to defend them.
What you will doCodify and evolve the Noxus visual system: typography, color, grid, photographic and illustrative treatment, iconography, motion principlesHold the line against drift across every surface, freelancer, and agency the brand touchesBuild a motion library that ships repeatedly: section transitions, UI demonstrations, agent and workflow visualizations, data viz animationOwn the video pipeline across founder content, case studies, product demos, and event recaps — produced in-house or through external crewsTranslate platform capability into legible visual artefacts: platform diagrams, architecture explainers, use-case one-pagers, vertical reports (FCA Complaints Report style), gated lead magnets, LinkedIn carousels, data visualizationsBuild modular, durable sales collateral: deck variants for sales, partner, and investor contexts, case studies, battle cards, RFP response templates designed for re-use by AEs without a designer in the loop on every dealPartner with marketing and sales to keep brand consistent across every customer-facing surface What we are looking for5+ years of brand design experience for B2B, infrastructure, or enterprise-facing companiesPortfolio with demonstrated range across static, motion, and video — one designer who has operated across all three, not three specialists in a trench coatClean, modern, typography-led aesthetic with restraint as a defaultFluent in Figma and the Adobe suite — After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, IllustratorStrong opinions about craft and the seniority to push back when the brand demands itExperience marketing to technical, IT, security, or AI-focused audiences is a plusExperience inside a creative or brand-led agency is a plusFluent written and spoken EnglishDemonstrated AI fluency — you use AI tools daily in your own production pipeline and have opinions about where they belong and where they don'tEnjoys working closely with founders, product, and engineering in an in-office environment Why Join NoxusBuild the brand function from scratch with real ownershipWork directly with founders on high-impact decisionsShape how enterprises encounter and adopt AI infrastructureHigh-visibility role with clear impact on company trajectoryIn-office role in Lisbon or London
