We are looking for an IT Change Manager with:
* Strong experience in ITIL-based Change Management, including running end-to-end change processes.
* Ability to lead CAB meetings, assess risks, and ensure proper approvals and documentation.
* Experience coordinating with multiple IT teams to schedule and implement changes with minimal service disruption .
* Solid skills in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and compliance with ITIL best practices.
* Experience with ServiceNow and proficiency in Excel / Power BI for reporting and KPI tracking.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
* Strong ability to work under pressure, manage simultaneous tasks, and drive continuous process improvement .

Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,500 (salary base) + Food Allowance
