What About the Salary?
We offer a base salary + uncapped commissions, which means your earning potential is truly unlimited.
o Average performers earn around €35k in their first year (base + commission)
o By year two, earnings typically rise to €50k and top performers can achieve €80k+ annually
Who Are You?
o You have 1–5 years of experience in finance-related sales, business development, client advisory, or similar roles (e.g., Junior Financial Sales Associate, Client Advisor, Investment Sales Associate, Customer Success in financial services).
o You're ready to relocate to Malta and kickstart an international career in financial sales.
o You are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or citizenship, ready to embrace this exciting new opportunity.
