Join our Global Business Services team and play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency across our worldwide customer operations organization.
Your role: As part of the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization, structured into three pillars – Operations, Global Process Ownership, and Strategy & Performance Management – you will play a key role in shaping the future of GBS.
The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing the order lifecycle for the European market, ensuring accurate order entry, timely processing, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and in some cases directly the customers.
The role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth execution of the Order to Cash process.
As part of the Order Management team, you'll help identify improvements, drive compliance, and contribute to a positive customer experience in a dynamic, international environment.

By managing essential data, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with international stakeholders, you will help ensure reliable and efficient customer operations worldwide.
Your contribution will strengthen the company's operational excellence across the order-to-delivery process and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end order management process: Order entry and validation in SAP; Order confirmation and follow-up; Delivery schedule coordination and monitoring; Process, validate, and maintain customer orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with commercial requirements Be the primary point of contact for European customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, providing professional support and issue resolution Ensure orders complied with pricing policies, contractual agreements, and commercial terms and conditions Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction Monitor order backlog, delivery performance, and order status to ensure on-time processing and delivery commitments Support invoicing readiness by maintaining accurate master data and ensuring order integrity throughout the process Manage customer and sales team inquiries via email and telephone in English and/or another European language, ensuring prompt and effective communication Maintain high standards of data quality and ensure compliance with internal controls Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and order accuracy Required Qualifications and Skills Completed studies with business background or commercial training or a comparable qualification Experience in B2B order management, ideally in the automotive sector Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes MS Office with Excel skills, understanding of ERP systems (SAP or similar) Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues Fluent in oral and written in another language Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced GBS environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Independent, structured and cooperative way of working 3-5 years work experience expected Why join us?
