Descrição
* Independently manage a portfolio of retail and traditional clients (supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores);
* Collaborate with the leadership team to review internal KPIs and the status of commercial strategy execution and development;
* Define channel and customer strategies collaboratively;
* Build the best-selling stores for the brand in Portugal, leveraging local opportunities and best practices from countries like Spain, UK, France, and Germany;
* Gather and analyze customer insights to strengthen relationships, increase listings, and enhance in-store visibility;
* Work with external sales representatives to ensure excellent in-store execution;
* Provide administrative support to functions such as Customer Service, Logistics, and Credit & Collection;
* Support other top national clients in operations and administration, contributing to team success;
* Develop annual customer plans aligned with brand and channel strategies, in collaboration with the Sales Manager Portugal;
* Manage relationships at all levels, both commercial and non-commercial;
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to implement customer business plans;
* Create and update volume and spending forecasts throughout the year;
* Negotiate pricing, assortment, and promotions within company guidelines to maximize sales and profit;
* Analyze sales data and monitor promotional activities to generate insights;
* Ensure excellent execution for your assigned customers.
Perfil ideal
* Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related fields;
* At least 3 years of relevant Key Account Management experience;
* Knowledge or experience in Category Management, Revenue Management, and Field Execution is valued;
* Fluent in English and Spanish;
* Strong customer network and relationship-building skills;
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to build top brands in FMCG;
* High stress tolerance and ability to manage multiple tasks in a small team;
* Results-oriented with a proactive attitude;
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively;
* Strong analytical and financial skills;
* Strategic influencing skills internally and externally.
