Your day will vary and include assisting in multiple areas of our Business Operations, including logistics, administration, and travel support.
How You'll Make an Impact
Logistics:
- Manage IT material and accessories in MyMall
- Handle orders via SAP
Administrative tasks:
- Create IT assets
- Manage company assets assigned to employees
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Maintain official documentation
- Support scheduling and planning of meetings (in-person and Teams)
- Produce and update PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
Travels:
- Assist with travel requests (flights, hotels, expenses)
- Support internal procedures like visas, taxes, social security
- Coordinate with the Global Mobility Delegation Centre in Prague
- Support the Financial Team with travel expenses
What You Bring
- Flexibility to address problems promptly and effectively
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Resilience, good communication skills, emotional intelligence, and team spirit
- Good knowledge of Office 365
