Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative in vitro assays.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology and experience with cell culture techniques, particularly with myeloid and lymphoid cells. The role involves developing and implementing in vitro assays to study the immunogenicity of biological therapeutic agents.

Responsibilities:
* Design and execute in vitro experiments using peripheral blood mononucleated cells from buffy coats.
* Analyze the response of immune system cells to viral vectors (rAAVs) for gene therapy.
* Investigate the activation of monocyte-derived dendritic cells and consequent activation of T cells after stimulation with viral vectors.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biological Engineering, or related field.
* Average grade of at least 15/20.
* Experience in animal cell culture, particularly mammalian cell lines, primary myeloid, and/or lymphoid cells.
* Proficiency in flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy, analytical methods, molecular biology techniques, and relevant software for data analysis and visualization.
* Results-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
