Job Description: Operations Manager & City Lead
The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support Lusoliv's expansion in the Lisbon and Porto metropolitan areas. You should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally as a "Founding Partner" on the ground. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields such as luxury hospitality or real estate sales.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity, and reliability by implementing Lusoliv's "Hotel Standard" model.
Manage the daily functions of the business within your city, acting with the autonomy of an entrepreneur to build and manage your own property portfolio.
Prepare annual performance reviews and reevaluate processes, specifically monitoring property guest ratings to ensure they remain above a 4.7-star average.
Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed, primarily by conducting "100-Point Asset Audits" to verify safety conditions (fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, etc.) for new onboardings.
Manage budget to align with goals of business, overseeing maintenance vendors and cleaning teams with a focus on our 0% markup transparency model.
Serve as a Guardian of the Guest Experience, acting as the primary point of contact for urgent emergencies and coordinating rapid maintenance responses.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within real estate, property management, or high-end hospitality.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital tools such as Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with mandatory fluency in both English and Portuguese.
Strong ability to multitask between "Hunter" (business development) and "Guardian" (operations) missions.
Comfort working with multiple groups within business, including property owners, international guests, and local service vendors.
Legal Status: Must be a registered independent contractor (Recibos Verdes) or company entity in Portugal.
