About the Role:
This role will deliver the assigned R&D projects with defined quality, time and cost. In addition, you will provide the necessary technical support for the products currently on the market.
Responsibilities:
Lead or participate in project teams focused on developing new products or improving existing ones.
Design development plans for research projects, defining objectives, methodologies, and timelines.
Plan, supervise, and execute internal experimental work, ensuring the correct application of protocols, the proper use of resources, and the quality of the results obtained.
Plan, execute and monitor studies in collaboration with external centres, ensuring technical and operational consistency.
Apply statistical and bioinformatic tools for the analysis of experimental data, interpretation of results and evidence-based decision-making.
Ensure the delivery of projects on time, on budget and with the required quality.
Scientifically evaluate new ideas and research proposals.
Manage technical knowledge with internal and external experts.
Communicate R&D project results to the business units involved.
Provide scientific and technical training, both internally and externally.
Review technical documentation and resolve scientific queries from the team or other areas.
Participate in relevant scientific conferences, seminars and events.
About You:
Minimum 2 years' experience in R&D.
Degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology or Pharmacy, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
Fluent English.
Postgraduate degree in project management desirable.
