Main tasks and responsibilities
Participate in the management of assets across a wide array of areas (development, legal, marketing, commercial, financial, etc.), in coordination with in-house teams, 3rd party service providers, and external partners
Coordinate shared service teams with local teams
Participate in financial modelling, assumption review, and board/investor memorandums to assist in management decisions and strategic reviews
Keep financial models up to date based on the latest financial information and perspectives (sales, capex, operations, debt, etc.) and monitor budget execution
Participate in the production of investor reports and assist investors with information requests related to financial matters
Track and anticipate investment capital needs, prepare capital calls, and manage capital distributions
Assist in matters related to existing financing and in securing new financings
Coordinate and mentor analysts engaged in the same projects
Role Requirements
Undergraduate and/or master's degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in real estate investment or asset management, strategic, management or financial consulting, corporate finance, or similar fields
Relevant financial modelling skills and knowledge of real estate or hospitality (highly valued)
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Basic understanding and skill in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for daily work-life
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking, especially regarding data, assumptions, and strategy
Fluent in English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and a strong will to learn and evolve continuously
Self-awareness and collaborative attitude, contributing to a positive culture
High sense of responsibility, project ownership, and ambition to grow into a holistic real estate investment and asset manager
Strong drive to deliver and a natural mindset to add value and make an impact
