The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our logistical plans.
You would be responsible for booking hotels, flights, production work, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate all travel activities
2. Plan routing for the orchestra tours
3. Request, research and compare group hotel booking offers
4. Inform the production team about the routing, coordinate the flight schedules for talent
5. Keep the hotel booking data up to date in the overviews
Qualifications
1. 3+ years' experience in travel arrangements
2. Ability to multi-task
3. Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
