About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with strong React expertise to accelerate delivery of our single-page applications (SPA) while maintaining a clean, scalable, and high-quality frontend codebase.

Key Responsibilities:
· Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React and modern tooling
· Define both how the application looks and how it works, bridging the gap between design and technical implementation
· Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate graphical designs into functional, high-quality features
· Take an active role in both graphical design and technical implementation to ensure a cohesive user experience
· Deliver assigned tasks according to Sprint allocation and project timelines
· Develop clean, reusable, and well-tested UI components and frontend modules
· Collaborate closely with product, backend, and design teams to deliver seamless user experiences
· Ensure strong state management, data fetching, and caching strategies across the application
· Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
· Manage and optimize application performance, including load times, rendering, and responsiveness
· Enforce strong Git and version control discipline across multiple parallel development streams
· Continuously refactor and improve the codebase to reduce entropy and maintain long-term scalability
· Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards
Requirements:
- 6+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows, and the ability to leverage them effectively in day-to-day engineering work
- Strong Git/VCS discipline, code review skills, and the ability to manage multiple parallel streams of work are a must.
- Even though the project is fresh, it grows quickly due to AI-assisted development, and entropy may grow as quickly. Reducing the entropy is a top priority. Experience with supporting/refactoring large codebases is a must. Experience with legacy is a big plus.
