Frontend Solution Engineer
We are seeking a talented frontend expert to craft user-friendly web applications and interfaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Your Responsibilities:
* Create and enhance components for our content management system
* Collaborate in an agile team environment with clients and stakeholders
* Identify and resolve bugs in complex systems
* Propose improvements during regular team retrospectives
* Present your work confidently in reviews with stakeholders
Requirements:
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
* +3 years of professional experience as a frontend engineer
* At least 2 years experience with component-based development
* Experience building and maintaining reusable design systems
* Solid knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML 5, CSS 3 and JavaScript
* Experience working with TypeScript
* Proficient English language skills, spoken and written
* Willingness to travel for internal events, workshops, and client meetings
* Experience building with web components – nice to have
* Experience with Lit – nice to have
* Experience with cloud-based computing (Azure or AWS) – nice to have
* Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical and finance industry is a plus
* German language skills would be a plus
* Experience with web accessibility principles and passion for building inclusive digital experiences – nice to have
