Job Description
Job Mission:
We are seeking a results-oriented Internal/External Sales professional to drive the commercial growth of our unit. This high-impact role aligns with the brand's repositioning strategy, focusing on Lesur/Mice segments with or without F&B.
The successful candidate will design and execute targeted commercial action plans, manage strategic accounts, and represent the hotel at industry events to enhance visibility and competitiveness.
Main Responsibilities:
* Development and Implementation of Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, attract new business, and improve performance. Follow up on Residential Events, Banquets, and other negotiated events.
* Strategic Account Management and Client Relationship Development: Build strategic relationships, negotiate profitable agreements, and deliver personalized solutions to boost loyalty and market competitiveness.
* Representation at Industry Events: Represent the hotel and region at industry events, promote the destination, build a network, and gather market insights.
* Budget Management and Commercial Reporting: Manage sales budgets, monitor KPIs, ensure targets are met, and propose corrective actions.
* Collaboration with Global Sales Teams: Work with global and internal teams to increase hotel visibility, ensure strategic alignment, and share market insights.
Qualifications
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation skills, service passion, attention to detail, results-oriented, team player, autonomous, enthusiastic, organized, committed.
Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of B2B, B2C, corporate sales, hotel industry, CRM, and sales automation tools.
Additional Information
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for representation and client visits.
