Job Title: Functional Analyst

* Requirements analysis, functional analysis, and test execution are key areas of expertise for this role.
* Project management experience and knowledge of the credit domain are desirable qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive requirements gathering with business users and produce detailed requirement documents.
* Perform functional analysis and impact assessments.
* Coordinate project phases and ensure alignment with all involved teams.
* Prepare system test plans and test cases.
* Execute system tests, including data validation in the database.
* Support and follow up on user acceptance tests (UAT).
* Provide project support or assume project management responsibilities when needed.
Production Support:
* Conduct functional analysis to resolve production incidents.
* Provide information to users or internal teams through queries, database extraction, or reporting.
Required Technical Skills:
* Microsoft Office (strong proficiency in Excel).
* SQL.
* Power BI (preferred).
Preferred Technical Knowledge:
* ALM Quality Center.
* BMC Remedy.
* Familiarity with Novo Banco methodologies and tools (CMMI, LEAN IT).
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Canvas).
