We are recruiting a Front Office with an Excellent Level of German for a multinational producer and supplier of industrial and medical materials. Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, commercial or related roles is required. What will you do? Assist clients in their queries by offering solutions Manage customer orders Perform the credit to cash complete workflow, for a portfolio of accounts/clients Manage customer, products and assets databases Maintain prices, contracts and assets information Provide Support for interacting departments and stakeholders Who we look for We're looking for a quick learner with a passion for problem‐solving, you are the perfect candidate if you have: Fluent in German and English (mandatory for client communication, Portuguese is a plus) Knowledge in front‐office tasks, with a focus on customer service and documentation Certain knowledge of Excel for data validation and simple analysis (advanced skills a bonus) Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication, and a dynamic approach to continuous improvement Proficient in relevant computer applications (example: MS Office) Good Excel knowledge Experience in SAP (SD module), is a plus What we offer Contract with the company Atractive salary Possibilities for professional growth within the company Opportunity to join an expanding company Working hours from Monday to Friday: 8:00‐17:00 Food allowance and health insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
