This role is ideal for someone with strong experience working directly with streamers, managing relationships, and driving performance across campaigns. The candidate should have an existing network or portfolio of streamers and a deep understanding of the European market.Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of streamers across European markets Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers, talent agencies, and partners Identify, onboard, and activate new streamers aligned with campaign goals Execute influencer and streamer campaigns focused on performance and ROI Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and reporting Support negotiation of commercial deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models) Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data and insights Stay up to date with trends in streaming platforms and the iGaming industryRequirements 3–5+ years of experience working with streamers, influencers, or affiliate marketing Experience in the iGaming industry Strong understanding of the European market and streaming ecosystem Existing portfolio or network of streamers Experience managing performance-based campaigns Strong communication and relationship management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment Experience working with crypto casinos
