We help them find the right people for usability testing and research, powering better products and services worldwide.About youYou'll thrive in this role if you have:Deep understanding of server-side rendering architecture and patterns in Next.js 14+ (App Router, React Server Components, streaming, data fetching strategies). Proficient in TypeScript and React 18+. Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and component libraries (HeroUI, Shadcn/UI, Radix, etc.). Deep understanding of frontend security best practices. Committed to accessibility standards and mobile-first design. Fluent written and spoken English.You'll stand out if you have:Design system development experience. Figma skills for translating designs and creating mock-ups for stakeholders. Background with CMS platforms and blogging tools. Track record of third-party integrations with the frontend. SEO optimisation know-how and experience working with marketing teams.What makes you exceptional:Autonomous thinker who excels at collaborative decision-making and keeps the team aligned through clear communication.
