So, wherever you join us, you'll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly new directions.JOIN US!Design, engineer, and lead outstanding technical security capabilities and sophisticated security solutions to protect company information, manage agentic identities, and ensure that both human and non‐human actors operate securely across our global (cloud‐based) IT and AI landscape.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer, AI Security Specialist, or similar technical SME role in a large corporate or technology‐driven organization.Thorough understanding of AI/ML security concepts, including adversarial machine learning, model integrity, data poisoning, and secure AI lifecycle management.Expertise in identity and access management (IAM) for both human and non‐human identities (NHI), including agentic identity frameworks, credential management, and zero‐trust architectures.Proven track record in deploying, monitoring, and operating security technologies for AI systems, APIs, and agentic workflows, with a focus on cloud‐native environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).Experience with security controls for AI platforms, including data encryption, model watermarking, explainability, and auditability.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards relevant to AI security and digital identity (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, PCI DSS).Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified AI Security Professional, CISSP, CISM, Microsoft SC-300) are a plus.Experience with SAP stack is a plusSolid understanding of (both classic and agile) project, service, and change management methodologies proven by experience in new ways of working (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) and with modern toolset (e.g., Confluence, Jira)High level of personal integrity and work ethics to handle confidential matters professionally and responsiblyHOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?Define and maintain the technical architecture for managed AI security and identity solutions/tools.Translate AI security and identity requirements (technical and business) into functional and technical specifications, considering potential integration and operational challenges.Formalize (e.g., through solution specifications, diagrams, procedures) relevant AI security technologies and operational processes (e.g., model governance, exception handling).Implement and manage AI security tools and policies (e.g., AI model monitoring, agentic identity management platforms) in alignment with security requirements and specifications.Liaise with Info Sec Architecture and AI Governance communities to ensure security principles are effectively and efficiently embedded in new AI and identity solutions.Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement new or updated AI security and identity technologies that reduce cyber risk or increase performance, reliability, cost‐effectiveness, or flexibility.Our success depends on the whole people who come to work every single day with a sense of purpose and an appetite for progress.
