What you will do in this role
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing a leading European automotive brand professionally and enthusiastically. Document interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience.
* Stay updated on products, policies, and services to provide accurate information.
* Show warmth and enthusiasm in all customer interactions.
* Use your automotive and digital product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Your qualifications
* Proficiency in Spanish (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2).
* At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in automotive.
* Passion for automotive topics and digital technology skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
