- Organizing board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
- Coordinating shareholders' meetings and drafting resolutions;
- Reviewing fund documentation with critical analysis;
- Working autonomously and with tight deadlines;
- Maintaining corporatefiles of own client base;
- Liaising with the CSSF, notaries, lawyers and banks;
- Providing timely and quality delivery of services to clients.What you will need to be successful:- Bachelor's Degree in in law, finance or similar subjects;
- 1 to 3 years ofof experience in a similar position or are a new graduate of law or similar subjects;
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks;
- Fluent English,both written and spoken. Any other language would be considered as an asset;
- Dilligence and organization;
